Public Service Global Alliance

Conceived in the mind of a Harvard University graduate from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, PSGA’s goal is to connect residents and nations with public services and fill in gaps in service shortages. As PSGA was founded and growing, the non-profit organization needed guidance in organizational design, process design, and foundational software to launch and expand.

This is when Harvard classmates teamed up to organize the business plan, prioritize start-up tasks, evaluate software vendors, and build a foundation on which the leadership team and donors could successfully grow.

Due to PSGA’s global reach, an evaluation of security concerns, governmental bureaucracy, strengths, and opportunities was in order.
